please kindly check the following steps to address the issues with the A2 Lidar:

Ensure that the protective cover of the robot's Lidar has been removed.
Check if the Lidar of the robot is obstructed by leaves or other foreign objects.
Verify if there is any dirt or debris on the top Lidar of the robot. You can clean it with the provided dust-free cleaning cloth, and ensure the Lidar is dry after cleaning.
If the problem persists, please upload the logs in the app and inform us of the device's SN and firmware version for further analysis.
Additionally, please upload the logs in the app by going to "Me" > "Help & Feedback" > "Report Log", selecting the device and the app's log, then clicking on "Upload".
