Unable to complete the initial setup.

After hearing "Network successfully connected" the two leds stop blinking but the app remain stuck in the last step and doesn't complete the binding. I used this robot for two years here, but last week the app lost all the maps/schedule, so I reset everything and now cannot setup again. Like when you exit home but the keys are inside. Please help.

Please check the following:
1. Ensure that both the robot and your phone are close to the router and that there is a strong Wi-Fi signal. Before configuring the network, please enable location permissions for the app and Bluetooth access on your phone; failure to grant these permissions will cause the network configuration to fail.
2. When connecting to the hotspot broadcast by the robot, wait until you hear the robot’s voice prompt, then return to the app and wait for the network configuration result.
3. We recommend using only English letters and/or numbers for your home Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password; please avoid using special characters.
4. Check whether your router has MAC address filtering or a whitelist enabled. Try resetting the router and restarting the robot, then check again.

5. Try using a mobile phone as a hotspot to configure the network. You can perform a cross-check by having another phone connect to this hotspot and attempting the network configuration. (Note: A 2.4GHz hotspot is required. If you are using an iPhone, you must enable "Maximize Compatibility" in the hotspot settings to ensure it broadcasts a 2.4GHz signal; otherwise, it will default to 5GHz.)
