Can’t go back to the base

It continue to move around without finding the base, tried to upload the video but it closes everything

For this situation, could you first check whether the docking station is powered on properly and connected to the power supply? If possible, please try plugging the dock into a different power outlet to rule out any power-related issues.

In addition, if the docking station has been moved recently, the robot may no longer know its exact location. In this case, please manually place the robot onto the docking station and make sure it charges correctly. This will allow the robot to refresh and relearn the dock's position before attempting to return automatically again.
