L10s Ultra Gen 2x1 not working properly after a few cleaning cycles

My robot arrived last week and worked well for 2 cleaning cycles. Then it started having issues. It begins cleaning, then goes back to wash the brushes, but after that it doesn’t restart and turns off, even when it’s on the charging base.

I also noticed that the battery level shown on the app doesn’t seem accurate. I did a factory reset, and right after the reset the battery level appeared lower than before, which seemed more realistic. After the reset, the robot worked fine for 2 more cycles, but today the same problem happened again.

It started cleaning a few rooms successfully, then went back to wash the brushes, and after that it didn’t restart and turned off.

The robot seems defective. What do you suggest? Having these problems after less than a week is very frustrating.

For troubleshooting this issue, please follow these steps:

Check if the robot is in sleep mode. Press and hold the center power button to see if the robot is functioning normally.

Place the robot back on the base station and check the app to see if it indicates low battery.

It is recommended to fully charge the robot and try again. Allow it to clean for a while to see if it operates properly.
